DESCRIPTION:Auch in diesem Jahr ist die Firmenkontaktmesse ScieCon zu Gast in München. Organisiert wird die ScieCon von der Biotechnologischen Studenteninitiative (btS) e.V. und lädt zur bereits 30. Ausgabe am Donnerstag\, den 25.10.18 von 10-17 Uhr ins Foyer des Biozentrums auf dem Campus Planegg-Martiensried ein. \nScieCon – die Firmenkontaktmesse der Biotechnologischen Studenteninitiative (btS) e.V.\, die sich speziell an Studenten\, Doktoranden und Absolventen aus dem Bereich der Life Sciences richtet. Zusammen mit dem Netzwerk der btS und deren Veranstaltungen bietet die ScieCon eine perfekte Verbindung zwischen Industrie und Hochschullandschaft. \nAn Berufseinsteiger gerichtet meint die bts dazu: “Auf dem Gelände des Campus Martinsried habt Ihr die Chance\, eine Vielzahl an Firmen aus dem Bereich der Life Siciences kennenzulernen. Von Kleinen über Mittelständige bis zu den „Big Playern“ ist alles vertreten. \nNutzt die Chance und kommt direkt ins Gespräch mit den Firmenvertretern und erkundigt Euch über Eure Perspektiven abseits der gängigen Wege nach dem Studium und der Promotion. Vielleicht findet Ihr ja Euren zukünftigen Arbeitgeber/Traumjob oder Ihr entdeckt für Euch bisher unbekannte Möglichkeiten\, für Euer späteres Berufsleben? \nNeben den Firmenständen ist auch ein buntes Rahmenprogramm geplant\, darunter Altbekanntes wie ein kostenlose Bewerbungs-Fotoshooting und einen Lebenslaufcheck\, aber auch Vorträge und eine Podiumsdiskussion erwarten Euch.” \nDie Clusterorganisation BioM konnte die Veranstaltungen an verschiedenen Stellen unterstützen und freut sich über die gute Resonanz bei den Unternehmen. SUMMARY:10th Autumn School - Current Concepts in Immunology
DESCRIPTION:The Autumn School “Current Concepts in Immunology (CCII)” will be an up-to-date educational journey through the immune system for everyone including STUDENTS (bachelor\, master\, diploma\, 1st year PhD and MD doctoral students)\, POSTDOCS and GROUP LEADERS with a background in natural sciences or medicine. The program includes lectures by internationally renowned experts\, student presentations as well as interactive sessions to meet the speakers and to foster networking within our immunological community. \nApplications are accepted primarily from students\, postdocs and group leaders working in laboratories in Germany. However\, we will reserve some spaces for students working in a lab outside of Germany.
